Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and 4 THE BOSS INCOME AUTOMATION INC. ("4TBIA", "we", "us") for your use of the Looksmaxxer app (the "app"). By downloading or using the app you agree to them. If you got the app from the App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies; if you got it from Google Play, Google Play's Terms of Service also apply. Where these terms conflict with the store's terms on a store matter, the store's terms win.

1. Who can use Looksmaxxer

You must be at least 18 years old. The app is for your own personal, non-commercial use.

2. What the app is, and what it isn't

Looksmaxxer estimates facial and physique proportions from photos and turns them into scores, tiers and suggestions. Scores are algorithmic estimates for entertainment and self-improvement. They depend on lighting, angle, camera and expression, and they are not an objective measure of your worth or attractiveness.

The app does not give medical, dermatological, psychological, fitness or other professional advice. Suggestions are general grooming and lifestyle ideas. Talk to a qualified professional before making health, medical, cosmetic or surgical decisions, and don't rely on the app for them.

3. Your photos

  • Only scan or upload photos of yourself. Don't use photos of other people, and never photos of anyone under 18.
  • You keep all rights to your photos. Face analysis happens on your phone, as explained in our Privacy Policy.
  • If you choose to create an AI glow-up preview, you allow us and our provider OpenAI to process your photo for the sole purpose of creating that image.

4. AI glow-up previews

Previews are generated by artificial intelligence. They are illustrations of possible changes, not predictions or promises of results, and they may be inaccurate or unflattering. You may use the previews you create for personal purposes. Don't use the app or its previews to harass, shame, deceive or impersonate anyone, or to create sexual or harmful content. If a preview is inappropriate, report it with Report this image in the app.

5. Purchases

  • The overall score and tier are free. The full audit and AI previews are unlocked by a one-time in-app purchase ("Full Results") at the price shown in the app.
  • Purchases are processed by Apple or Google under their terms, and refunds are handled by them under their refund policies. You can restore a purchase on the same store account from the results ⋯ menu.
  • AI previews are limited per purchase per day (currently 5) to keep the service fair, and may be temporarily unavailable.
  • We may change or improve features over time. If we ever stop offering a feature you paid for, it will stop only as permitted by law and the stores' policies.

6. Acceptable use

Don't reverse-engineer the app or its servers except where the law allows it, interfere with or overload the service, get around purchase checks or usage limits, or use the app in a way that breaks the law or the rights of others.

7. Our rights

The app, its design, scoring methods, text and graphics belong to us or our licensors. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on devices you own or control, under these terms and the store's rules.

8. Disclaimers

The app is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free or that scores or previews will be accurate.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the 12 months before the claim. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you, and nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

10. Ending these terms

You can stop using the app at any time by deleting it. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously break these terms.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top, and for significant changes we'll let you know in the app. If you keep using the app after a change, the updated terms apply.
