Getting an accurate scan

Face a window or other soft, even light. Avoid hard shadows and backlight.
Hold the phone at eye level, about an arm's length away, with a neutral expression.
Pull hair off your forehead and remove glasses if you can.
Follow the prompts to turn left and right. If a turn doesn't register, tap Skip this angle.
No camera handy? Tap Upload photos instead and pick a straight-on selfie.

Why did my score change between scans?

Scores are estimates from photos, so lighting, distance, lens and expression all move them a little. Use the same setup each time to compare progress. Results can also differ slightly between iPhone and Android, because their face detectors place a few points differently.

What's free and what's in the unlock?

Your overall score and tier are free. The one-time Full Results unlock adds every category score, the face map, your measurements, strengths and weaknesses, a ranked fix list, the physique audit and AI glow-up previews.

Restore a purchase

Open your results, tap the ⋯ button and choose Restore purchases. Use the same Apple Account or Google account you bought with.

Refunds

Payments are handled by Apple and Google, so they handle refunds:

AI glow-up previews

Previews come with the Full Results unlock. The first time, the app asks your permission to send your photo to OpenAI to create the image.
A preview usually takes 15 to 60 seconds. Each purchase includes 5 previews a day; the count resets at midnight UTC.
If a preview looks wrong or inappropriate, tap Report this image under it. Reports never include your photo.
To stop sending photos to AI, tap ⋯ on your results and choose Stop sending photos to AI.

Privacy and your data

Face analysis runs on your phone and there's no account. Read the full Privacy Policy. To ask for a copy of your data or to have it deleted, email looksmaxxer.support@gmail.com.
