Who we are

Looksmaxxer (the "app") is published by 4 THE BOSS INCOME AUTOMATION INC. ("4TBIA", "we", "us"), the developer listed on the App Store and Google Play. We are responsible for the personal data described in this policy. Questions or requests: looksmaxxer.support@gmail.com.

What happens on your phone

When you scan your face with the camera or choose photos, the app finds facial landmarks using the face detection built into your phone (Apple Vision on iPhone, Google ML Kit's on-device models on Android). It then measures proportions, symmetry, skin and grooming, and, if you add a full-body photo, physique ratios, and turns those into your scores, tier and fix list.

• All of this runs on your device. Your photos, the face map, measurements and scores are not sent to us or anyone else.
• Face geometry is used only to calculate your results. It is never used to identify you, and it is not saved: photos and results are kept in the app's memory while you use it and are discarded when the app closes or you start a new scan. On Android, a photo taken with the camera for the body scan is briefly held in the app's private cache.
• The app saves a few settings on your device: the scoring profile you picked, whether you allowed the AI preview, and when it last asked for an App Store or Google Play rating.

The AI glow-up preview (optional, with your permission)

People who buy the full unlock can see an AI-generated preview of how they could look after their fix list. Before anything is sent, the app shows what will happen and asks for your permission. Nothing leaves your phone unless you tap Allow & create my preview.

When you allow it, the app sends:

• your cropped face photo (a JPEG up to 1024 pixels),
• a text description of the changes to show, built from your results (for example, a cleaner haircut or clearer skin), and
• the receipt of your App Store or Google Play purchase, so our server can confirm you bought the unlock.

Our server (a Cloudflare Worker that we operate) checks the purchase, passes the photo and description to OpenAI's image API, and returns the generated image to your phone. Our server does not store your photo, the description or the generated image. To enforce the daily limit, it keeps a count of previews per purchase, keyed by the store's transaction ID, which expires after two days.

OpenAI processes the photo on our behalf to create the image. Under OpenAI's API terms, data sent through the API is not used to train OpenAI's models. OpenAI may keep API inputs and outputs for up to 30 days to monitor for abuse and then deletes them; images flagged by its safety systems may be kept longer for review. See OpenAI's privacy policy.

You can withdraw your permission at any time in the app: open the ⋯ menu on your results and tap Stop sending photos to AI. Only use photos of yourself.

If an AI image looks wrong or inappropriate, tap Report this image. The report contains only the reason you picked, your platform and app version. It never includes a photo. We keep reports for up to 12 months to improve the previews.

Purchases

The full results are a one-time in-app purchase. Payment is handled entirely by Apple or Google; we never see your payment card or billing details. We receive purchase information (the product, transaction identifiers, dates and status) from the store and from Superwall so we can unlock your results, restore purchases and verify the AI preview.

Superwall

We use Superwall (Superwall Inc.) to show the purchase screen, run it, and measure how well different versions of it work. Superwall processes this data on our behalf:

• a random identifier the app creates for your install (not your name, email or advertising ID),
• device and app details such as device model, operating system, language, time zone and app version,
• approximate location (country, region or city) derived from your IP address,
• purchase-screen events, such as when it was shown or closed and whether a purchase was made, and your purchase status.

We use this to show the right purchase screen, process and restore purchases, and analyze which version of the screen works best. It is not used for advertising and is not combined with data from other companies' apps to track you.

Service providers we use

These providers may only use the data to provide their service to us, under contracts with confidentiality and security terms that protect it at least as well as this policy does. We don't sell or rent personal data, and we don't share it for targeted advertising.

What we don't do

• No accounts, no sign-in and no contact lists.
• No ads and no advertising identifiers.
• No tracking across other companies' apps or websites.
• No storing your photos, face map or scores on our servers.

How long data is kept

• Photos, face maps, measurements and scores: only on your phone, while the app is open.
• AI preview photo: not stored by us. OpenAI may keep it for up to 30 days, as described above.
• Daily preview counts: two days.
• Image reports: up to 12 months.
• Superwall data: kept by Superwall on our behalf for as long as we use its service, unless you ask us to delete it.
• Support emails: kept in our support inbox as long as needed to help you, then deleted.
• Purchase records: kept by Apple or Google under their own policies.

Security

All data the app sends travels over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Our preview server accepts requests only with a verified purchase, never writes photos to storage, and holds the OpenAI key on the server rather than in the app.

Your choices and rights

• AI preview: never sent without your permission, and you can turn it off at any time from the ⋯ menu.
• Camera and photos: you can change these permissions in your phone's settings. The photo picker only gives the app the photos you choose.
• Access or deletion: you can ask us for a copy of your data or ask us to delete it, including data Superwall holds for us, by contacting us at looksmaxxer.support@gmail.com. Because there are no accounts, we may ask for details that help us find your data, such as your purchase receipt. Deleting the app removes everything it stored on your phone.

Depending on where you live (for example in the EU, UK or California), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. We respond within the time the law requires and won't treat you differently for using these rights. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Legal bases (EU/UK): your consent for the AI preview; performing our contract with you to provide the app and the features you bought; and our legitimate interests in running and improving the purchase screen and keeping the service secure.

California: in the past 12 months we have collected identifiers (an install identifier and transaction IDs), commercial information (purchases), internet activity (purchase-screen events), approximate location, and, only for the AI preview, a photo. We use them for the purposes above. We don't sell or share personal information as those terms are defined in California law, and we don't use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you.

International transfers

Our providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where required, transfers are protected by safeguards such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Adults only

Looksmaxxer is intended for adults aged 18 and over. It is not directed to children, and we don't knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has used the AI preview, contact us and we'll help remove any related data.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top and, for significant changes, tell you in the app before they take effect.
